In this class, students will learn the fundamentals of light. How to use off camera lighting in a real studio setting, from portable continuous light to portable and studio strobes. This will be a hands on class so please bring your camera. You may use any camera as long as it has a hot shoe to be able to mount a pocket wizard.

Beauty Retouching is demanding and in demand. It takes a “different” type of person to master Beauty Retouching. It requires great Photoshop skills, exceptional attention to detail, a good grasp of lighting and a creative eye.
In this intensive, you will be building a portfolio using InDesign and publishing through lulu.com. You will learn the basic skills of using InDesign, including placing text, images, illustrating design elements, inserting pages, composition, and how to set up your files for print.
In this intensive, you will be building your own brand using Illustrator. We Will go through basic Illustrator functions including the pen tool, swatches, gradients, shape tool, and art boards. As well as learning the difference between vector vs. pixels, CMYK vs RGB, and setting-up files for print. We will also go through basic rules of logo and identity composition using shapes and type. The class will begin with shared lessons and will end with a personal project where you produce your own logo.
