Hala Agreement

Your access and use of Hala services is your contract agreement that establishes a contractual relationship between you and Hala. Hala may, at any time, terminate this contract about you, without notice. In the event that a provision of this Agreement is considered, in whole or in part, to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable under a statute, that provision, or part of it, is not considered part of this Agreement, but the legality, validity and applicability of the other provisions of this Agreement are not affected. In this case, the parties replace the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision, or part of it, with a provision or part of it that is lawful, valid and enforceable and which, to the extent possible, has a similar effect to the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision, or part of it, if the content and purpose of this agreement are contained. This agreement constitutes the whole agreement and understanding of the parties as to its purpose, and replaces and replaces all previous or simultaneous agreements or commitments concerning this purpose. Hala must be legal@halaride.com for copyright infringement. Hala can report this by a general message on the Hala website, the Careem platform, by email to your email address in your account or by a written message sent to your address, as shown on your account. You can inform Hala in writing at the halas email address at legal@halaride.com. If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should keep in mind that your contractual terms with your mobile operator continue to apply.

As a result, your mobile operator may charge you the cost of the data for the duration of the connection during access to the app or other third-party fees. When you use the app, you take responsibility for these charges, including roaming data charges, if you use the app outside your home country (region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the payer of the device on which you are using the app, please note that we assume that you have obtained the payer`s right to use the app. For more information on the collection and use of personal data related to Hala services, please see Hala`s privacy statement at www.halaride.com. In addition, Careem has its own data protection policy, which provides for the collection and use of personal data that it collects and uses as part of the Careem platform, a copy of which can be found under www.careem.com. By becoming a Hala customer, you agree to receive messages from us, including email, SMS, calls and push notifications. You agree that pre-recorded texts, calls or messages can be generated by automatic telephone voting systems (if allowed according to and in accordance with local law). Messages from Hala and/or Captains may include, but are not limited to: operational communication on your user account or use of Hala services, updates on new and existing features via Hala services, communications on promotions made by us or our third-party suppliers, and Hala news and industry developments. The text messages we send are subject to standard text messages taken by your mobile operator.
